About The Position

Castle Hill Gaming is hiring a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electronic gaming machines and associated equipment. The position also provides basic repair and maintenance for servers and related equipment, and installs equipment and software during upgrades and new installations. Daily travel is expected, and candidates must live within 30 minutes of Durant, Oklahoma. The role may require varied shifts and overtime. Applicants must pass a background investigation and be able to obtain and maintain a tribal gaming license. Visa sponsorship or transfers are not offered now or in the future.

The position involves standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching, talking and hearing, and activities such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, sitting, climbing, and balancing. It requires close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The technician must be able to move and control 550 pounds with dollies and tools, lift and move 40 pounds short distances without mechanical aid, and frequently lift or move 10 pounds. The work environment may include noise from quiet to loud, adverse weather, and moving and working around customers. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of technical or electrical experience.
• Qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
• General knowledge of computers and electronics.
• Ability to safely clean and maintain equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to plan and organize, attention to detail, and adaptability and flexibility.
• Competent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a team environment with other team members to complete tasks.
• Ability to work varied shifts and overtime as required.
• Must successfully pass a background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a tribal gaming license.
• Must live within 30 minutes of Durant, Oklahoma.
• Able to meet the stated physical demands, including moving and controlling 550 pounds with dollies and tools, lifting and moving 40 pounds short distances without mechanical aid, and frequently lifting or moving 10 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Technical certifications such as A+, N+, Microsoft, or Cisco.
• Previous experience in a casino or bingo service environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic checks, maintenance, and repairs on Castle Hill Gaming equipment.
• Provide basic repair and maintenance for servers and associated equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, including cleaning, tightening loose hardware, and securing loose wiring.
• Plan and schedule preventive-maintenance appointments at the convenience of internal and external customers.
• Install equipment and software during upgrades and installations.
• Record maintenance and repair actions in approved reporting software.
• Monitor jurisdictional changes, upgrades, and modifications and report them to appropriate Castle Hill Gaming departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
