About The Position
Field Service Technicians are located across the district to optimize retailer coverage.
Requirements
- Technical proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical machinery
- Problem-solving skills to address complex equipment issues independently
- Customer service abilities to communicate effectively and maintain positive client relationships
- Physical capability to handle equipment, lift heavy objects, and work in varied field conditions
- High school diploma with technical experience
Responsibilities
- Receive and accept service tickets.
- Complete preventative maintenance on all Intralot equipment
- Diagnose hardware or software related issues.
- Repair or replace onsite equipment as needed.
- Install, move, and remove equipment.
- Report resolution actions and conclusion of visits to the call center.
- Operate company vehicle in a safe manner obeying all traffic laws and regulations.
- Always maintain an acceptable level of inventory for their vehicle.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and complete any maintenance requirements.
