Field Service Technician – Paid Training & Company Vehicle
About The Position
Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Field Service Technician to join our Vista team. This is a hands-on service and route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens throughout the area while preparing you to eventually manage your own customer route. You'll work directly with commercial dishwashing equipment, perform preventive maintenance, deliver products, solve customer issues, and build relationships with the businesses you service. We provide paid, hands-on training. We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, comfortable working with customers, and ready to learn.

Nice To Haves
- Experience in areas such as automotive repair, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance, installation, construction, delivery/service routes, or other hands-on mechanical work
Responsibilities
- Service customers along an established route
- Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment
- Identify and resolve basic mechanical equipment issues
- Restock and deliver chemical products to customer locations
- Build relationships with restaurant and commercial customers
- Communicate with customers about equipment and service needs
- Manage your daily schedule and work independently in the field
- Drive a company-provided vehicle during business hours
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule after training
