About The Position

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Field Service Technician for our Memphis team. You'll spend your day in the field traveling to restaurants and commercial kitchens, working with commercial dishwashing equipment, troubleshooting basic issues, delivering products, and helping customers keep their operations running. You don't need commercial dishwasher experience. We provide paid, hands-on training.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and use hand tools
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation approximately every 6–7 weeks

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations in a company vehicle
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial dishwashing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Work with basic hand tools and equipment
• Deliver and restock cleaning products and supplies
• Diagnose basic mechanical and service issues
• Communicate directly with customers
• Load, unload, lift, and move products
• Manage your daily service responsibilities independently
