Field operations may involve varying weather, elevated work locations, confined spaces, and industrial equipment and electrical infrastructure. Training and performance are overseen by qualified field service technicians and technical mentors. Participants are assessed throughout the training period on safety, technical competency, professionalism, customer service, and operational knowledge. Successful participants may be considered for future full-time employment based on qualifications, company needs, and position availability.
