About The Position

Tradebe is seeking a Field Service Supervisor II to lead industrial cleaning projects at customer sites. The role involves hands-on field work, supervision, and travel to various sites throughout the United States. Heavy overnight travel is required, with a $65 per diem for each overnight. This is a full-time, permanent position paying $28–$30 per hour, with weekly pay and overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per week.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of industrial cleaning or field services experience.
• 1–2 or more years of supervisory experience, depending on level.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Prior emergency response experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and travel as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Monitor and enforce DOT and OSHA safety rules during cleanup activities.
• Conduct site safety meetings and maintain proper protective equipment levels.
• Manage all phases of on-site projects, including scheduling and team supervision.
• Communicate effectively with clients and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and tools for cleanup operations.
• Perform physical labor related to cleanup, waste removal, and remediation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
