About The Position

Ecolab’s Nalco Water is seeking a Field Service Representative II to support water treatment and disinfection systems across downstream industries. The role is based in Tucson, Arizona, and involves working independently in the field to serve customers, protect their systems and equipment, and help advance sustainability and operational performance. The representative provides hands-on service, technical support, and customer guidance, with support and escalation available for complex challenges.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in water treatment or an industrial/mechanical environment.
• Current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree or trade school certification.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in the water treatment or specialty chemical industry.
• Familiarity with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service and support for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection.
• Provide technical support and escalate complex challenges as needed.
• Build customer relationships and promote best practices.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct required chemistry tests, log and report data, and maintain product inventories at customer accounts.
• Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives at strategic district accounts to carry out agreed customer system assurance plans.
• Identify and resolve customer pain points, escalating issues as required.
