About The Position

The Field Service Representative I serves healthcare clients by delivering, picking up, and maintaining medical device equipment, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role supports patients and hospital staff, prepares equipment for delivery, monitors inventory, and helps maintain the work facility. It is based onsite in the Charlotte, North Carolina sales territory and may involve up to 20% domestic travel.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED or higher.
At least one year of customer-facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
Current, valid driver's license.
Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Ability to work a non-traditional schedule that may include extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.
Ability to meet the position's physical requirements through fitness testing as required by the Job Safety Analysis.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service and customer-centric solutions to patients, hospital staff, and other customers.
Deliver, pick up, and maintain medical device equipment.
Clean and disinfect medical device equipment and disposables, and process associated documentation before delivery.
Track inventory of equipment, parts, disposables, and supplies, and locate missing or misplaced equipment.
Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles.
Assist with inventory maintenance, equipment processing, quality control, and general facility housekeeping.
Attend training and scheduled business functions, which may require commercial air travel.
Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties.
