Field Service Manager
About The Position
StreamTech Inc. is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Field Service Manager to oversee field operations in the industrial services and tank cleaning industry. The role leads field service technicians, drivers, and cleaning crews, and manages personnel recruitment, hiring, training, performance, and development. It also involves developing operational strategies, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, collaborating across departments, and managing operational budgets and expenses to support efficiency, productivity, and profitability. StreamTech Inc. provides industrial facility inspection, maintenance, repair, and environmental services. Its crews use industrial cleaning equipment and technology, including vacuum trucks, and follow procedures designed to meet or exceed industry standards and safety regulations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in the industrial services and/or tank cleaning industry.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience recruiting, training, and managing field service crews.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Compliance with pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, employment verification, background checks, and ongoing random testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage field service technicians, drivers, and cleaning crew members.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Recruit, hire, and train field service personnel according to company standards and industry regulations.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement coaching and development plans.
- Ensure field operations comply with safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve operational performance.
- Manage and monitor operational budgets and expenses to maximize profitability.
