About The Position

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR company, is seeking a Field Service Liaison Intern to join its Field Service Support team in Denton, Texas. The internship is for students currently enrolled in college. The intern will work on a variety of projects and reports, including creating and updating standard operating procedures, tracking and analyzing customer complaints, maintaining a field service KPI dashboard, and tracking parts escalations.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Business program or a related program.

Responsibilities

Update and create standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Track and analyze customer complaints.
Work on the Field Service KPI Dashboard.
Track parts escalations.
