About The Position

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR company, is hiring a Field Service Liaison Intern to join its Field Service Support team in Denton, Texas. The internship is for students currently enrolled in college. The intern will work on projects and reports involving standard operating procedures, customer complaint tracking and analysis, a field service KPI dashboard, and parts escalation tracking.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in college in a Business program or a related program.

Responsibilities

Update and create standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Track and analyze customer complaints.
Work on the Field Service KPI Dashboard.
Track parts escalations.
