About The Position

Culligan is seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to provide service to customers and ensure their water treatment systems are working properly. The role is part of the field operations team and supports the company’s mission to provide access to cleaner, safer, better-tasting water. Ongoing training and development are provided, with structured training programmes and opportunities for progression.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role involves visiting customer locations and making weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Requirements

• A full and valid driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Install equipment and troubleshoot issues at clients’ locations.
• Manage service schedules efficiently to reduce customer downtime.
• Keep accurate records of service visits and communicate issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Visit the designated Service Centre weekly to replenish parts and supplies.
