The Field Service Engineer I is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical equipment at customer sites throughout Oklahoma and the surrounding region. This is a hands-on field service role requiring practical equipment repair experience, strong customer communication, accurate documentation, and the ability to travel regularly. This is not an IT help desk, desktop support, software, networking, or computer science role.
