About The Position
This is a part-time Field Sales position focused on visiting assigned Home Depot locations daily. The role involves acting as a product resource and support liaison, engaging with store associates, demonstrating services and scheduling tools, and providing ongoing training. The position also requires identifying and reporting customer or store hurdles and offering solutions.
Requirements
- Based in or willing to travel in Orange County or Los Angeles, CA.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
- Familiarity or comfort using iPads and web-based scheduling tools.
- Outgoing, engaging, and relatable personality—someone who thrives in a customer-facing role.
- Flexible availability—ideal for stay-at-home parents, students, or those with other part-time gigs.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or account management a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Home Depot locations daily as a product resource and support liaison.
- Engage with store associates, answer questions, and demonstrate how to use our services and scheduling tools (via iPad and website link).
- Provide ongoing training and updates to ensure teams stay informed and confident.
- Identify and report any customer or store hurdles, offering solutions or escalating as needed.
