The position focuses on delivering short presentations to small groups at firearms ranges, stores, training facilities, and events, then guiding prospective members toward enrollment. The schedule is flexible, centered primarily on weekends and gun shows, with weekday events also available. Consistent availability and reliability are essential; committing to more events can increase income and growth potential. Compensation includes unlimited commission with no earnings cap. Consistent presenters typically make $2,000 or more per month while working 10–20 focused hours per week, and top performers can build lucrative part-time or full-time income. The company pays for the Property & Casualty license and provides training and materials. Top performers receive priority consideration for full-time positions.

Requirements

Strong presentation and closing skills, with the ability to guide small groups effectively.
Deep passion for firearms, self-defense education, and the 2nd Amendment.
Competitive drive, self-initiative, and a winning mindset.
Technology proficiency under pressure, including PowerPoint, apps, and troubleshooting.
Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license; the company pays for the license.
Consistent availability and reliability.
