About The Position

AT&T Field Sales Representatives provide customized, in-home sales experiences for customers. Working independently at scheduled appointments with existing customers, representatives introduce AT&T technology and services, conduct hands-on demonstrations and Wi-Fi assessments, deliver technology, resolve issues, and close sales. The role offers uncapped commission potential; the stated earnings range is $60,300 to $100,000, including hourly pay and commission, with actual starting pay depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training. The range depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals. AT&T provides paid training, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities. Representatives work a varied schedule to meet customer availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check that includes drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle records.

Requirements

Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Valid driver's license; driving is required for official business use of a company vehicle.
Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

At least 1 year of commission sales and outside sales experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Meet with existing customers at appointments provided by AT&T.
Present AT&T products and services through personalized sales interactions and hands-on demonstrations.
