About The Position

This role is for a Field Sales & Quality Manager at ACS, a commercial and residential flooring company. The manager will be the primary representative in their assigned territory, responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring quality installations, and maintaining customer satisfaction. They will collaborate with Home Depot PRO teams, Outside Sales Representatives, store associates, and contractors to generate leads, grow the sales pipeline, close deals, and uphold ACS's service standards. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive revenue growth within an assigned territory across Home Depot PRO, PAR, and repeat customer accounts.
  • Generate leads through daily engagement with Home Depot Outside Sales Representatives, PRO Desk associates, and D23 store teams.
  • Build, present, and close quotes for self-generated opportunities, PRO referrals, and key customer accounts.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by managing opportunities, tracking conversion rates, and ensuring timely customer follow-up.
  • Promote current ACS flooring programs, incentives, and promotions to increase close rates and drive incremental sales.
  • Utilize CRM and reporting tools to monitor pipeline health, sales activity, and territory performance.
  • Serve as the primary ACS point of contact for Home Depot PRO Desk associates within the assigned territory.
  • Work closely with PRO Desk teams to identify potential customers, assist with quoting, and help close sales opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with Home Depot management, Outside Sales Representatives, and store associates through regular visits, district walks, and Specialty Tuesday events.
  • Inspect D23 showrooms to ensure displays, samples, signage, and merchandising standards are maintained.
  • Train Home Depot associates on ACS products, programs, promotions, and selling strategies through PK Plus and in-store training sessions.
  • Attend meetings with store and district leadership to strengthen partnerships, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Visit job sites to ensure installations meet ACS quality standards and industry best practices.
  • Support newly onboarded contractors by accompanying them on their first installation and reinforcing ACS expectations.
  • Inspect job sites based on customer feedback and work to resolve concerns while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Review customer complaints and approve resolutions within established guidelines; escalate larger issues when necessary.
  • Document job site visits with photos and videos and communicate findings with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Participate in workroom meetings, inventory audits, and operational activities to support territory performance.
