About The Position

This role serves as a key contact for retailers, managing brand campaigns, product information, and program execution within department stores. It also involves event management, including scheduling, booking locations, monitoring reservations, and conducting post-event analysis. The position requires conducting livestream programs on retailer online platforms, planning collaborative programs for specific channels, and arranging advertising exposure through various media. Additionally, the role involves collecting competitor promotional materials and verifying expense deductions.

Requirements

  • University Bachelor's Degree or above in business-related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 2 years' proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with a cost-conscious, result-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and manage tight schedules.
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Good command of computer skills, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key contact for Retailer, SMC, and Retailer.com.
  • Execute brand campaigns.
  • Manage department store communications for product information and program execution.
  • Oversee event management, including consolidating schedules, booking locations, monitoring reservations, and preparing analysis reports.
  • Conduct livestream programs on Retailer's online platform.
  • Plan collaborative programs for DS/SMC channels.
  • Arrange advertising exposure, including store mailers, direct mail advertisements, banners, campaigns, and outposts.
  • Collect retailer and competitor promotional direct mail pieces.
  • Check deductions for DS expenses.
