About The Position

Hampr is seeking a Field Sales Manager (FSM) to drive customer acquisition in the Los Angeles metro area and bring business to their Commercial Facility. The role involves spending over 80% of the week in the field, identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers face-to-face, and closing deals that generate recurring revenue. This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability position for an individual who thrives on being mobile, interacting with people, and closing sales. The FSM will be the first in this role at Hampr, responsible for building the Los Angeles territory from the ground up, establishing processes, and setting the standard for future market launches.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of outside or field sales experience, ideally B2B.
  • Experience selling into multifamily, hospitality, fitness, beauty, retail leadership, medical sales, or service industries.
  • Experience launching a sales territory from scratch without a pipeline or playbook.
  • Comfort with cold prospecting and door-to-door / property-to-property selling.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-directed: ability to manage own calendar, pipeline, and priorities without daily supervision.
  • Unbelievably organized, with the discipline to turn what works into playbooks and documented processes.
  • Must live in the greater Los Angeles area and be familiar with the city and its neighborhoods.
  • Valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
  • A clean and safe driving record.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), standard sales tech, and Google Suite.
  • Proficient in Google Suite productivity tools including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Must have experience in a remote work environment.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, climb stairs, and carry sales materials (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish fluency is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Build and own a B2B pipeline across multifamily/apartment communities, hotels and short-term rentals, gyms and fitness studios, salons and spas, daycares, senior living, student housing, sports facilities, and other high-volume laundry generators.
  • Run the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, close, and hand off cleanly to operations.
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly targets for new accounts and recurring revenue.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline in your territory, ensuring accurate and current records of every account, contact, opportunity stage, and next action.
  • Represent Hampr at local events, property manager meet-ups, trade shows, and community happenings to build pipeline and brand presence.
  • Partner with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts and customer satisfaction post-close.
  • Provide market intelligence to leadership, including insights on pricing, competitors, objections, and customer needs.

  • Variable commission: Uncapped, paid monthly.
  • Vehicle and phone allowance
  • Equity: Full-time employees are eligible to purchase equity.
