About The Position

As a Field Operations Associate, you compile and inspect incoming and outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage. You inspect products and use computer systems to record damaged, defective, short, moved, or expired products. You check inventory records for availability, maintain supplies and equipment, coordinate deliveries, investigate customer complaints, resolve discrepancies, and obtain alternative products through internal resources. You also organize and retrieve goods received from multiple sources.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet the requirements of all customer credentialing.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs, including weekend and evening on-call work.
• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule.

• Warehouse or inventory control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, and common-carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries.
• Investigate customer complaints, track service levels, and resolve discrepancies.
• Work with internal resources to obtain alternative products, such as from a loaner bank, other warehouses, or consignments.
• Organize and retrieve goods, or place them into stock, from multiple sources.
