About The Position

As a Field Operations Associate, you will inspect and compile incoming and outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage. You will inspect products and use computer systems to document damaged, defective, short, moved, or expired products. The role includes checking inventory records for product availability, maintaining supplies and equipment, coordinating deliveries, addressing customer complaints and service discrepancies, sourcing alternative products, and organizing stock received from multiple sources. The position is onsite, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with flexible hours, evening or weekend calls, and participation in an on-call rotation as needed to support business needs. Travel is listed as 0%.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet the requirements of all customer credentialing.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including evening and weekend calls.
• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and compile incoming and outgoing kits to ensure compliance with specifications and usage.
• Inspect products and record damaged, defective, short, moved, or expired products using computer systems.
• Check inventory records to determine whether requested products are available.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries.
• Investigate customer complaints, track service levels, and resolve discrepancies.
• Work with internal resources to obtain alternative products, such as from a loaner bank, other warehouses, or consignments.
• Organize, retrieve, and stock goods received through multiple sources.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and provide flexible-hour support, including evening and weekend calls as needed.
