About The Position

As a Field Merchandiser, you work independently in assigned retail stores to showcase Hallmark products, maintain inventory, optimize product placement, and build relationships with store teams. You are responsible for the Hallmark product display at your assigned stores and may sometimes work with other companies’ products. The role involves day-to-day merchandising, seasonal holiday support, department resets and installations, and helping fellow merchandisers in their territories as needed. Work takes place on store selling floors and in back stockrooms, with frequent use of a Hallmark-provided mobile device for merchandising tasks, communication, time reporting, feedback, and surveys. This is a part-time position averaging 9–11 hours per week, with a variable work-week schedule. Additional days and extended hours may be expected around major holidays and during season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support. Some holiday work may include weekends or the holiday itself. Remodel assignments are typically communicated two weeks in advance and may involve evenings or weekends. Starting pay is $17.75–$19.75 per hour depending on skills and experience. Paid training is provided through live, hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training.
