About The Position
This is a field-based role where you will be the representative of P&G in H-E-B retail stores. You will be responsible for ensuring P&G products are displayed according to merchandising standards, managing shelf stock, and collecting in-store data. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, being active, and seeing the direct impact of their work on brand performance.

Responsibilities
- Execute P&G's merchandising standards, planograms, and display setups
- Ensure products are properly stocked, faced, and visually on point
- Identify and fix issues like out-of-stocks, missing SKUs, or non-compliant displays
- Complete store visit surveys capturing shelf conditions, pricing, promotions, and competitive activity
- Upload photos and submit reports through your smartphone
- Flag trends, risks, and opportunities to management with clear documentation
