About The Position

DC Pines is hiring Field Marketing Representatives in Houston. This is a full-time, face-to-face field marketing position where you'll represent DC Pines in local neighborhoods, connect directly with homeowners, and create opportunities for our roofing and window teams. This role offers a competitive base salary PLUS uncapped commission, providing both security and significant earning potential based on performance. The company is looking for individuals with personality, work ethic, coachability, and the ability to start conversations. Previous experience in field marketing, canvassing, customer service, hospitality, retail, athletics, or other people-facing roles is helpful but not required. DC Pines is a growing Houston company with a culture centered around people, performance, development, accountability, and having a genuinely good time while doing great work.

Responsibilities

• Represent DC Pines in local neighborhoods
• Connect directly with homeowners
• Create opportunities for the roofing and window teams
• Start conversations with homeowners at their door
• Identify homes that may benefit from a roofing or window inspection
• Introduce homeowners to DC Pines and its offerings
• Use a proven communication system to generate interest
• Schedule qualified homeowners for inspections
• Handle common questions and objections confidently
• Track activity and results
• Work alongside a competitive, supportive field team
• Represent the DC Pines brand professionally in the communities served
