About The Position

Egnyte is looking for a Manager of Field Marketing to join our Growing Verticals go-to-market efforts. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—and at the forefront of defining where Egnyte grows next. You’ll be equally comfortable analyzing market signals to shape a long-term vertical bet and rolling up your sleeves to run the programs that bring it to life. You will work closely with our vertical leaders to design & implement the strategy for identifying and activating growing verticals.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in Field Marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to operate as a strong individual contributor owning strategy and execution end-to-end.
  • Experience building and running programs that drove significant pipeline.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally without direct reports.
  • A 'Hub' mentality: ability to see how moving parts of a multi-vertical team fit together and connect growth signals, field activity, and operational rhythm.
  • A Systems Mindset: instinct to understand and fix messy processes by building templates or workflows.
  • Practical knowledge of AI, Salesforce, event platforms, and tools like Outreach.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present growth theses to Sales Leadership and execute program details.
  • Build trust with Sales teams by acting as a partner.
  • Comfort with numbers and data analysis, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Familiarity with terms like pipeline sourced, cost per op, and conversion velocity.

Responsibilities

  • Identify emerging industries and account segments with growth potential using data from Sales, Product Marketing, and external market signals.
  • Build and execute targeted strategies to drive accelerated pipeline growth in identified focus areas.
  • Develop and run programs to activate focus areas, including executive roundtables, industry-specific digital campaigns, intimate dinners, and account-based activations.
  • Partner with the Channel team to leverage the partner network for expanded reach.
  • Develop standardized 'Event-in-a-Box' frameworks for consistent event quality across the team.
  • Utilize AI tools and the core tech stack (Splash, Cvent, Outreach, iCapture) to improve efficiency, surface insights, and accelerate lead follow-up.
  • Identify and implement smarter ways to run programs and drive growth through technology.
