About The Position

Closet Factory is seeking a dynamic, high-energy Field Marketing Manager to elevate its local brand presence. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and community engagement. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for local lead-generation efforts, building, training, scheduling, and leading a team of field marketers across retail environments and local events. A key aspect of this role is managing the brand's presence using a new Mobile Showroom Trailer, bringing it to audiences at events and retail partner locations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in construction, home improvement, retail lead-generation, Big Box retail management, or brand ambassador management is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, and successfully schedule a shift-based team.
  • Strong professional diplomacy and ability to collaborate effectively with retail Store Managers and corporate partners.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with strangers.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including budget tracking and performance reporting.
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Confidence and ability to tow a mobile showroom trailer with a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically schedule lead generators and brand ambassadors for retail store locations and local events.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Lowe's and Costco Store Managers.
  • Hire, train, and manage a dedicated team of field marketers, fostering high morale and conducting performance reviews.
  • Research, secure, and coordinate local events, home shows, sponsorships, and community engagement efforts.
  • Actively engage potential customers to schedule in-home consultations.
  • Be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Connect with local contractors, interior designers, and home builders for partnerships.
  • Handle event setup and safely tow/transport the mobile showroom trailer.
  • Manage field marketing budgets, oversee team payroll, and analyze data for growth opportunities.
