This role is ideal for a smart and highly organized individual with a passion for marketing and event planning. They will be responsible for planning and coordinating global field marketing events, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to deadlines and budgets. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align event objectives and drive demand and lead generation. Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating global field marketing events, such as seminars, lunch & learns, executive dinners/breakfasts, networking events, meetups, and demo roadshows.
- Ensuring smooth and successful execution of field marketing events, including adhering to deadlines, project plans, internal processes, and budget requirements.
- Coordinating event logistics, such as securing venues, coordinating with vendors, managing contracts, arranging transportation, and handling equipment rentals.
- Aligning event objectives with internal teams and external partners, securing sponsorships or partnerships, and coordinating event promotions.
- Supporting additional RTI Marketing and Sales initiatives, such as ABM, PR, customer marketing, and more.
- Managing and tracking global field event activities, including Marketing calendars, web updates, and internal communications.
- Developing event forms and processes to streamline event execution.
- Managing event collateral, merchandise, and shipping logistics to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Assisting in the lead reporting process, including lead uploading and tracking in Salesforce, campaign creation, entering leads information, and monitoring event registrations.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all event-related activities, including budgets, vendor contracts, attendee lists, and post-event reports.
- Approaching event reporting with a data-driven mindset, including tracking costs, assets, resources, and determining event ROI.
- Occasionally traveling to events for onsite support.
- Maintaining the Marketing merchandise stock room at HQ.
- Ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines regarding graphics, messaging, branding, and facilities look and feel.
- Providing overall administrative support for Marketing.
Requirements
- ~2 years of previous working experience in Marketing/ Field Marketing in a Corporate environment.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of completing projects on-time and on-budget
- Exceptional attention to detail, effective coordination, and meticulous planning person
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Client/customer-facing experience
- Knowledge of Marketing and event management process and best practices
- Ability to prioritize, organize and execute multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Strong work ethic with flexibility to work individually or within a team
- Experience with HubSpot and Pardot a plus including building landing pages, form workflows, emails, lists, and data sanitization for list imports
- Experience with Salesforce a plus including lead imports, lead tracking, and reporting
- BA/BS or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related degree
- Interest and experience in the B2B Technology industry
- Customer service experience and demonstrating a solution-oriented approach
- Experience with Monday.com or related project management software
- SFDC experience
