Field Marketer

Hyperbound•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

Hyperbound is hiring a Field Marketer to help create and execute its events calendar, including conferences, trade shows, dinners, partner events, and hosted activations. The role combines creative concept development with hands-on execution, managing venues, vendors, partners, budgets, timelines, and logistics. Working alongside the Field Marketing Manager and partnering with Marketing, Sales, and leadership, the Field Marketer will create experiences that build relationships, stand out to attendees, and contribute to pipeline. The position requires creative judgment, strong project management, commercial awareness, initiative, and attention to both strategic goals and practical details. The Field Marketer will coordinate event production and logistics, work with Sales on audiences, target accounts, outreach, meeting goals, and follow-up, and evaluate results using attendee feedback, sales conversations, event costs, meetings, and pipeline outcomes. This is a hands-on role, not a strategy-only position, and success is not measured only by attendance.
