About The Position

RoofLab is hiring energetic, motivated, and outgoing Field Marketers in Mobile, Alabama, and surrounding areas. The role is suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people, working outdoors, and building brand awareness in the community. Field Marketers represent RoofLab in local neighborhoods and at community events, introduce homeowners to the company's exterior services, build relationships, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. No prior experience is required. The position is in-person and may be full-time or part-time.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing and confident, with comfort speaking to new people.
• Positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a background check and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
