About The Position

Kenneth Daniel is seeking energetic, motivated, and outgoing Field Marketers in Littleton, NC, and surrounding areas. The role is suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people, working outdoors, and building brand awareness in the community. Field Marketers represent Kenneth Daniel Roofing in local neighborhoods and at community events, introduce homeowners to the company’s services, build relationships, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. No prior experience is required. The position is offered full-time or part-time and is performed in person.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing and confident, with comfort speaking to new people.
• Positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and community areas.
• Educate potential customers on Signature Exteriors’ exterior services and solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Represent Kenneth Daniel Roofing professionally, with integrity and a positive attitude.
• Accurately track daily activities and customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals.
