Field Lead
About The Position
The Field Lead is responsible for leading onsite contents restoration jobs, directing Field Technicians, and ensuring accurate packing, scanning, staging, and documentation. This role serves as the primary onsite point of contact and plays a key role in delivering quality work and excellent customer service. A valid driver's license is required. Success in the role involves learning CRDN standards and FSA processes and assisting in leading jobs within 30 days; independently leading jobs and managing documentation with minimal oversight within 60 days; and training others, improving efficiency, and serving as a trusted onsite leader within 90 days.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfort using iPads and documentation systems.

- Prior experience in restoration, moving, logistics, or field leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead Field Technicians in packing, moving, scanning, and staging contents.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and enforce safety standards.
- Ensure accurate FSA documentation, QR coding, photos, and daily uploads.
- Stage contents by category and identify restorable versus non-salvageable items.
- Communicate job updates, item counts, and issues to management.
- Interact with homeowners professionally and empathetically.
- Train and coach team members as needed.
