About The Position

The Field Investigations Manager is part of the National Task Force, a fast-growing and evolving team that partners with Store Operations to improve the customer experience. Focused on Organized Retail Crime (ORC), the team handles sophisticated cases through partnerships with store and Loss Prevention leadership and local, state, and federal law enforcement, using methods to identify and deter external and internal dishonesty. The manager assists with implementing strategies to combat ORC and external theft across TJX brands in an assigned market and proactively addresses external losses through training and awareness.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Time management and prioritization skills.
At least 5 years of Loss Prevention or investigative experience.
Ability to travel to stores within assigned areas.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

Assist the Manager of Field Investigations with managing and executing National Task Force activities.
Initiate, conduct, and resolve sophisticated organized theft and fraud investigations.
Develop creative strategies for the assigned market and coordinate efforts with the Manager of Field Investigations.
Manage Loss Prevention Investigators assigned to one or two markets.
Partner with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to prosecute external fraud activities in the assigned area.
Develop staffing plans and recruit, interview, and hire National Task Force members.
