You will play a crucial role in ensuring MK 41 VLS equipment is maintained and tested to the stringent VLS requirements to maintain US National Security.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science
5+ years of related experience
Secret security clearance level
US citizenship required
Maintain a active and fluid relationship with the VLS customers

Responsibilities

Manage over 20 direct reports in the day to day operations of the VLS shipbard and VLS production.
Collaborate with mulitple GDIT departments such as Quality Assurance, Security, Weld Shop, Painting Shop and outside vendors/subcontractors.
Drive schedules and manage the work force to successfully meet multiple contract milestones.
Utilize experience as VLS Test Director to enusre must current and correct VLS poliocies and procedures are being followed.
Maintain a fluid relationship with the VLS PEO and VLS ISEA.
