You will play a crucial role in ensuring MK 41 VLS equipment is maintained and tested to the stringent VLS requirements to maintain US National Security.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science
• 5+ years of related experience
• Secret security clearance level
• US citizenship required
• Maintain a active and fluid relationship with the VLS customers

Responsibilities

• Lead over 15 direct reports in the day to day operations of the VLS production.
• Collaborate with GDIT departments such as Quality Assurance, Security, Weld Shop, Painting Shop and outside vendors/subcontractors
• Drive schedules and manage the work force to successfully meet multiple contract milestones.
• Utilize VLS System Maintenance Technician to enusre must current and correct VLS poliocies and procedures are being followed.
