About The Position

Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to work in the Odessa/Midland, Texas area. GTA is a geotechnical engineering and environmental consulting firm serving clients in civil engineering and environmental consulting. The role supports projects that depend on accurate field data, dependable testing, and practical technical insight. It involves hands-on construction materials testing of soil, concrete, and other materials, helping project teams deliver reliable testing services and clear, consistent results.

Requirements

ACI certification is required.
Experience with concrete and soils testing.
A high school diploma is required.
Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; visa sponsorship is not available.
Overtime and weekend work are required.

Nice To Haves

NICET, ICC, or TxDOT certifications are a plus.
A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geology is preferred but not required.
