About The Position
Sequoia Services is seeking motivated students or recent graduates passionate about construction, engineering, or environmental science to join their team as Field Engineers. This internship offers the opportunity to launch a career in heavy civil construction with hands-on experience and a clear path to leadership. Interns will work on real projects such as dams, spillways, earthwork, and remediation, learning from experienced professionals and utilizing industry tools like Excel, Bluebeam, and Agtek. The role involves supporting project managers and superintendents on large-scale construction projects across the Southeast and Southwest, assisting with planning, budgeting, scheduling, safety, and quality compliance.
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate in Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field
