About The Position
Webber, part of Ferrovial Construction, is seeking a Field Engineer to support heavy civil construction projects. The Field Engineer serves as a liaison between the construction site and the office and provides support to the Project Engineer and Project Superintendent. The role supports production tracking, operational planning, communication, organization, implementation, and project data tracking. The position is field-based 75%–90% of the time, offering exposure to construction management and opportunities to grow within the company.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
- Moderate to high proficiency with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project staff to track and analyze work plans and maximize field operations efficiency.
- Develop, maintain, and report daily installed and performed quantities.
- Analyze and compare budgeted versus actual production rates and material yields.
- Assist in ensuring field work is constructed according to project standards and specifications.
