About The Position

Webber, part of Ferrovial Construction, is seeking a Field Engineer to support heavy civil construction projects. The Field Engineer serves as a liaison between the construction site and the office, supporting the Project Engineer and Project Superintendent with production tracking, operational planning, communication, organization, and project data implementation and tracking. The role is based in the field 75%–90% of the time, providing extensive exposure to construction management and opportunities to develop within the company.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
• Moderate to high proficiency with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project staff to track and analyze work plans and maximize field operations efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and report daily quantities installed and performed.
• Analyze and compare budgeted and actual production rates and material yields.
• Assist in ensuring field work is constructed according to project standards and specifications.
