About The Position

The Field Engineer 4 provides hands-on PC hardware break-fix support at client locations throughout Wilmington, North Carolina. Requirements

• 2–20 years of hands-on experience in PC hardware break-fix support.
• Expert-level knowledge of DELL desktop PC installation and troubleshooting.
• Active A+ Certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple worksites.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience supporting a variety of hardware environments.
• Familiarity with advanced diagnostic tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to PC hardware break-fix calls at client locations throughout Wilmington, NC.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace components on DELL desktop PCs efficiently and accurately.
• Complete required product training to stay current with technology and procedures.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations.
