Field Enablement Manager

Lucid Software•Salt Lake, UT

About The Position

Lucid Software is seeking a hands-on, self-driven Field Enablement Manager to lead onboarding, performance coaching, and high-impact enablement programs for North America Commercial Sales teams. The role partners with sales leadership, frontline managers, cross-functional partners, and global enablement peers to equip sellers with the knowledge, skills, and tools to execute consistently. Its focus is practical field support: partnering with frontline managers on deal strategy, reviewing customer conversations in Gong, facilitating deal clinics, and accelerating new-hire ramp. The manager translates global go-to-market priorities and sales methodologies into effective execution across commercial accounts. Success is measured by seller outcomes and leading indicators, including reduced time to productivity, ramp velocity, adoption of methodology and messaging, pipeline progression, frontline coaching impact, and quota attainment trends—not simply program completion. The role calls for an excellent facilitator, strong coach, and credible partner to sales leaders who can turn business priorities, performance gaps, and field feedback into enablement experiences that improve seller skills and results. The position is hybrid, combining remote work with in-person collaboration at Lucid’s South Jordan, Utah office two days per week, Tuesday and Thursday.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales, field-facing sales enablement, sales leadership, or a combination of these in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience coaching sales professionals, with measurable results such as improved ramp time or quota attainment.
  • Experience using AI tools to analyze seller performance, generate insights, and improve the speed, relevance, and effectiveness of coaching and training.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to command a room and build credibility with experienced sales representatives and directors.
  • Experience with a formal sales methodology such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, Sandler, or ValueSelling.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar sales systems.
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into clear, practical, field-ready enablement solutions.
  • Data-informed mindset and ability to use metrics and feedback to improve seller performance.
  • Ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work hybrid, including in-person collaboration at the South Jordan, Utah office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
