Field Coordinator / Courier for a Real Estate Team
About The Position
High Performance Real Estate Advisors is seeking a Real Estate Runner to join their team. They are a team of specialists out of the Keller Williams Ballantyne Area office, serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the Greater Charlotte Area. They are the #1 real estate team in the #1 Keller Williams office in the world. This role is for someone who seeks an opportunity where no two days are ever the same, has a passion for the real estate industry, and thrives in fast-paced environments. The individual will act as a "jack-of-all-trades" and support the Field Coordinator.
Requirements
- Flexible schedule; willingness to work some Saturday's for Open Houses
- Reliable vehicle and car insurance
- Valid driver's license required; must have good driving record with no more than three (3) infractions in the last two (2) years
- Willing to use personal vehicle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Self-starter with an excellent work ethic
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 30 pounds
- 30+ hours per week
Nice To Haves
- Huge plus if you live within 10 miles of Ballantyne
Responsibilities
- Running errands
- Helping with properties (putting out/picking up signs and lockboxes)
- Supporting the Field Coordinator
