About The Position

This role supports Right of Way and real estate functions on infrastructure projects, with the team open to candidates at the Assistant or Staff level. The position involves analyzing and interpreting land and Right of Way related documents, supporting project teams, and ensuring data integrity in stakeholder management systems. This is an urgent need with two openings available; local candidates only.

  • High school diploma (completed) — minimum 5 years relevant experience required
  • Associate's degree (completed) — minimum 3 years relevant experience required
  • Bachelor's degree (completed) — minimum 2 years relevant experience required
  • Valid driver's license required; must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the company's vehicle driving privileges
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience with a high school diploma; minimum 3 years with an Associate's degree; minimum 2 years with a Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Electric facilities or railroads preferred but not required
  • Experience with Google Earth and familiarity with construction drawings is preferred but not required
  • Designation from IRWA not required but desirable

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, prepare, review and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits and licenses
  • Complete rights and restriction reviews
  • Complete permitting requirements as needed
  • Research and review of real property related documents
  • Understand and interpret easement agreements
  • Support translation of data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database
  • Complete quality assurance reviews of stakeholder management database entries from Right of Way field agents
  • Compile technical data to be presented to Right of Way project team
  • Support project managers, design engineers, environmental consultants, GIS mapping specialists, vegetation management team, Right of Way managers and real estate coordinators as required
  • Attend and participate in public open houses as requested
  • Support Client needs as directed
  • Efficient at working independently as well as in team environment
  • Manage and oversee several projects at once
