About The Position

This role supports Right of Way project teams at the assistant or staff level, working with land and real estate agreements, stakeholder management databases, and multi-disciplinary project teams in a fast-paced infrastructure environment.

  • High school diploma minimum — with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Associate degree — with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree — with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license required; must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the company's vehicle driving privileges

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with electric facilities or railroads (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with Google Earth and familiarity with construction drawings (preferred but not required)
  • Designation from IRWA (not required but desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, prepare, review and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits and licenses
  • Complete rights and restriction reviews
  • Complete permitting requirements as needed
  • Research and review of real property related documents
  • Understand and interpret easement agreements
  • Support translation of data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database
  • Complete quality assurance reviews of stakeholder management database entries from Right of Way field agents
  • Compile technical data to be presented to Right of Way project team
  • Support project managers, design engineers, environmental consultants, GIS mapping specialists, vegetation management team, Right of Way managers and real estate coordinators as required
  • Attend and participate in public open houses as requested
  • Support client needs as directed
  • Work efficiently both independently and in a team environment
  • Manage and oversee several projects at once
