Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
Strong English, communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and effective time management
Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to learn technical skills
Ability and willingness to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance
Ability or willingness to obtain United States passport
Ability to bend over, kneel and crouch for long periods of time
Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a shop, construction, or laborer role
Use grinders, chop saws, drills, plasma cutters and both scissor lift & variable-reach forklifts

Responsibilities

Support fabrication, machining, and assembly activities to meet production goals
Prepare, cut, grind, drill, and handle materials safely and efficiently
Load, unload, and stage materials, tools, and equipment for operations
Monitor equipment, identify issues, and escalate concerns when needed
Maintain accurate records and support smooth team coordination and handoffs
Maintain a clean workspace while following safety procedures and PPE requirements
