About The Position

National General, a part of The Allstate Corporation, is seeking a Field Auto Appraiser to join their Santa Rosa, CA Claims team. This is a remote, territory-based role servicing the corridor between Santa Rosa, CA and San Rafael, CA. The role utilizes analytical skills to create comprehensive estimates of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims, leading to proper disposition. The ideal candidate will have experience managing auto claims, conducting vehicle inspections, and using CCC ONE estimating software to prepare accurate damage estimates while collaborating with repair facilities and customers.

Requirements

Experience managing a variety of auto claims
Conducting vehicle inspections
Using CCC ONE estimating software
Must have authorization to work in the United States
As a requirement of employment, individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments at any point during employment. Applicants seeking an adjuster role who also hold a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed to by the licensing team.
