The General Manager role is for an individual with an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic, preferably with construction/installation/trades experience. This position requires P&L experience managing the entire operation, including human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling, and collections. General Managers at American National Insulation are expected to demonstrate integrity and accountability, prioritizing safety and people to lead teams successfully and deliver results. This role offers career growth opportunities, potentially leading to Regional Manager/Leader and beyond. Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
  • 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience.
  • Full P&L experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Construction/installation/trades experience
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Operations teams through local leaders who deliver results through low costs and high efficiency while working safely.
  • Full P&L responsibility.
  • Manage Processes/Compliance: Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing.
  • Achieve operational goals/metrics.
  • Provide on the job training through self or others.
  • Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
