About The Position

Under general supervision, the Field Associate provides a broad operational view of company Product Service Line (PSL) offerings and develops working knowledge of Halliburton's mainstay processes. The role demonstrates basic job procedures, including operational factors, personnel functions, and customer response at the point of delivery. The associate may take an active role in rigging up and down wellsite equipment and learns responsibility for developing and leading the Frac-Acid, Cement, and Halliburton Completion Tools (HCT) PSL profit centers within an assigned NWA.

Requirements

• Skills typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline, or through at least one year of experience as a Halliburton employee.
• Must have current and valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.
• Must be able to travel in and out of state.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel, is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; Halliburton will not sponsor work visas for this position.

• Experience with SAP.
