About The Position

Under general supervision, the Field Associate provides a broad operational view of company Product Service Line (PSL) offerings and develops working knowledge of Halliburton’s mainstay processes. The role demonstrates basic job procedures, including operational factors, personnel functions, and customer response at the point of delivery. The position may include an active role in rigging up and down wellsite equipment. The associate learns responsibility for developing and leading the Frac-Acid, Cement, and Halliburton Completion Tools (HCT) PSL profit centers within the assigned NWA. This is a USA-only program based in Bossier City, Louisiana. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; Halliburton will not sponsor work visas for this position. The role requires travel in and out of state.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline, or at least one year of experience as a Halliburton employee.
Current and valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.
Ability to travel in and out of state.
Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
This is a USA-only program.
