About The Position

US Fertility has an immediate opening for a Fertility Nurse Case Manager at Shady Grove Fertility in Spring-Woodlands, Texas. The role supports the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients, with an emphasis on monitoring patients through treatment plans, providing direction and education, communicating physician orders and laboratory results, offering compassionate support, and documenting patient care. The position works closely with patients, families, physicians, and multidisciplinary colleagues in a collaborative fertility-care environment.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekend and holiday rotations. The role offers the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining connected to the patients and teams it supports.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state without limitations.
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
• Computer proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Strong customer service orientation and results-oriented approach; highly responsive to requests.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• IVF/fertility experience and a background in women's health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education.
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results, with appropriate interpretation and explanation.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families.
• Document patient care services in patient and department records.
