Fertility Nurse Case Manager
About The Position
US Fertility is hiring a Fertility Nurse Case Manager for Shady Grove Fertility in Cary, North Carolina. The role coordinates and manages fertility patient care and treatment, monitors patients throughout their treatment plans, and provides direction and education. The nurse communicates physician orders and instructions, and laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation. The position also involves providing compassionate support to patients and families and documenting patient care in patient and department records. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays. The role works collaboratively with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to support patients and deliver fertility care.
Requirements
- RN required.
- Current state RN license without limitations required.
- Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong customer service and results orientation; highly responsive to requests.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- IVF/fertility experience and a background in women's health preferred.
